From site visit to first session
Four stages, one payment schedule, and no surprises in the middle. Here is what each stage actually involves.
Site visit
We come with a laser measure and a camera. Slope, access route, distance to the board, where the plant can live and whether the neighbours will hear it.
Drawing and quote
A dimensioned drawing, the heater calculation, the material choice and a price with access and services split out. Indicative, then fixed once the drawing is signed.
Build and deliver
Panels made in Gisozi while the wet trades and the electrical run happen on site. Assembly is days, not weeks, because the cutting already happened.
Handover and service
Commissioning, a walk-through, the operating notes, and a service visit booked — six months for commercial rooms, twelve for homes.
40% to start the drawing and order materials, 40% when panels leave the workshop, 20% on commissioning.
Three things, early
- A drain with a fall anywhere water will land — retrofitting one into a finished slab means breaking it.
- A mechanical extract route for wet rooms, ducted out. A window is not ventilation.
- A cable run to the board, ideally in an open trench. This is the cheapest decision in the whole project.
Give us those in the build drawing and everything after is finishes. Miss them and the project becomes demolition.
