Read more →Remera is where Kigali does sport and events — BK Arena, the Amahoro precinct, hotels that fill around fixtures. Almost everything we build here is commercial, and the driver is throughput.

A club here does not need a recovery zone sized on its membership. It needs one sized on the ninety minutes after training or after a fixture, when everybody arrives at once. We count the squad, not the roster, and usually land on more plunge positions and a smaller sauna than the owner first imagined.
Venue spa rooms take heavy, bursty use. Finishes get chosen for cleaning: porcelain rather than natural stone on floors, marine-grade fixings, benches that unbolt for deep cleaning, and a drain you can actually lift and rod.
Hotels here fill on event weeks and run quiet in between, which makes a thermal suite that can be part-shut attractive: independent isolation on each room so a single sauna runs on a Tuesday and the whole suite opens on a Saturday.
Ten to fifteen at a real-world two to four minutes in the water plus changeover. Size from your peak, not your average.
Yes, if we design the plant with isolation on each room. Retrofitting that is expensive, so it goes in the first drawing.
