Sauna, steam room and cold plunge prices in Rwanda
These are honest indicative bands in millions of Rwandan francs, not a price list. Every project is quoted on your plot, your access route and your power supply — and those three are what actually move the number.
- Bands are in millions of RWF, supplied and installed, excluding civil works and the cable run from your board.
- Import duty (EAC common external tariff, 0/10/25/35% on CIF) and 18% VAT are already inside these figures — we quote landed, with shipping via Mombasa or Dar es Salaam and installation by our own crew. Sources: trade.gov, PwC Tax Summaries.
- Access is quoted separately. A level plot in Nyarutarama and a ridge in Rebero are not the same job.
- Upcountry installations and service visits are scheduled in blocks so travel is shared between sites in the same week.
- Running costs follow the REG tariff effective 1 October 2025: households RWF 369 per kWh above 50 kWh a month, non-residential RWF 376 above 100 kWh, hotels RWF 239 (before VAT and the regulatory fee).

Power
A three-phase run from the board across a finished garden is a real line. In an open trench it is almost nothing.
Stone
Basalt and marble are beautiful, heavy and slow. They also change the generator size in a steam room.
